Directions To The

FROM ROUTE 128:
Take Rte 128 South to Exit 2A - Rte 138 Stoughton. Follow Rte 138 for approximately 1 mile. Turn right at the first set of lights onto Washington Street. Follow Washington Street 3 miles to Sherman Street. Turn right onto Sherman Street. The Hellenic Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is 1/4 of a mile on the right.

FROM ROUTE 93:
Take Rte 93 to the Southeast Expressway. Bear right at the Rte 3/128 split. Take Rte 128 North to Exit 2A - Rte 138 Stoughton. Follow Rte 138 for approximately 1 mile. Turn right at the first set of lights onto Washington Street. Follow Washington Street 3 miles to Sherman Street. Turn right onto Sherman Street. The Hellenic Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is 1/4 of a mile on the right.

FROM ROUTE 95:
Take Route 95 to Exit 11 - Neponset Street, Canton. Follow Neponset Street for 1 mile to Chapman Street. Turn left onto Chapman Street. Take 3rd right onto Beatty Street, then a sharp right turn onto Beaumont Street which becomes Sherman Street. The Hellenic Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is 1/8 of a mile on the left.
